“A Walk in the Rain”
 
☔️Have you ever noticed how even the most dreary or mundane things can seem to have a spark of magic when you are with someone you love?
 
☔️That idea inspired the design of this painting. I knew I wanted the background things to be in monochrome. The sky, the trees, the bench and street lamps, even the pair under the umbrella. But true to the magic of spending time with someone you love, the lights shine brighter and what once was gray or colorless, like rain, now seems full of life and color.
One of my favorite memories is a time in the rain with someone special. It could have been an event spoiled by rain, but because we were together, we laughed the whole time.
 
☔️I hope this painting makes you want to find the colors and magic in the everyday of life. I hope it fills you with love and joy. I hope it sparks the sweet memory of time with your love. I hope it intrigues you and makes you smile. And I hope it makes you excited to dance and sing in the next rain you experience.
