“Crescent Cascade”
🌙The moon has a certain allure to it, don’t you think? So big and bright. Revolving through shapes and occasionally shifting colors. Lighting up the night - like a guardian or nurturer, a protector of the night and all of its secrets and possibilities. I remember as a child, riding home in the back seat and looking up, thinking how cool it was that it was seemingly following us home.
What if that magic could spill over and rain down into the world; into nature. What would it look like? What mystery would unfold?
🌙These are the thoughts that inspired me as I created this piece. There are so many majestic elements in nature. I wanted to combine them in one glance. The swirls of blue in the sky are deliberate and intentionally replicated in the river below, along with the sporadic and varying texture of the clouds. The mountains, the fog, the trees, all things in nature that both inspire and mystify me beyond imagination. What if the magic in nature rained down from the skies each night, picking up a little sparkle from the moon on the way. Painting this majestic and cascading moon was like painting a magic show; an elegant dance of the night. I look at this piece and I feel drawn into the beauty, the wonder, the what if and the magic of nature’s night beauty.
🌙I hope this piece brings a curious glint of wonder to your eye. Perhaps a peace to your soul or a smile to your face as you think of a magic moment in your life.

(***a print size of 9x12 will have a slightly larger white border and will be printed on an 11x14 size paper to make framing in a standard size easier on the customer. Please note, some of the white border will most likely show through once framed with the standard size frame)
Your artwork is packaged in stiff packaging and kept flat to preserve the quality of your print.
